ABELSoft’s remote monitoring and administration service offers a combination of automatic monitoring, and manual scheduled maintenance performed remotely. For each computer that you include in your subscription ABELSoft will connect regularly, update the computer with critical security patches and appropriate additional patches, and perform a security and maintenance checklist. The system will also be monitored around the clock between manual checks by software that will alert us via the Internet on critical problems or events. ABELSoft will then take appropriate action as directed by you when you sign up.
Data Backup Verification Service
ABELSoft offers clients a Data Backup Verification Service. We examine your backup tapes using advanced technology and determine if the data recorded is complete and recoverable.
